FY22 Language, Programmatic and Community Project Funding Appropriations Request Forms

Use the links below to submit appropriations requests for Fiscal Year 2022.The submission deadline for all requests is now close of business on Friday, March 26, 2021.

To submit a regular programmatic or language request, please click the link below. A programmatic request is a request to fund a general federal agency or program at a specified level. For example: Provide $4,000,000,000 for the Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program.

A language request is a request for bill or report language that does not direct funding to a particular entity but encourages, urges, or directs some type of action by an agency. For example: The Committee encourages the National Cancer Institute to support research to develop diagnostic tests for early detection of kidney cancer.

Additionally, for FY 22, the House Appropriations Committee has decided to introduce a different request type: Community Project Funding (CPF). To submit a CPF request, please click the link below and be sure to carefully read the detailed instructions. A CPF request is a request for federal funding that is directed to a specific governmental entity, nonprofit organization, or geographic area. For example: Provide $500,000 for the City of Smithfield’s drug prevention program, or Provide $250,000 for advanced energy research at University of ABC.
