The vicious terrorist organization, Hamas launched premeditated terror attacks this morning that sent thousands of rockets from Gaza, with terrorists invading Southern Israel, killing, maiming, and kidnapping innocent civilians. Reports of Israeli hostages being held in Gaza are unconscionable. Israel is at war, not by choice, and has every right to defend itself and its people against this barbarous onslaught. The United States stands in solidarity with Israel not only during this tragic day but every day. Read more »
I applauded the Administration’s recent decision to extend TPS and provide humanitarian parole for Venezuelan migrants, each vital steps that recognize the scale of fear and despair inflicted by Maduro’s regime, and the reality that many no longer have a home to return to.

Even as they have lost the support of their people, Cuba’s oligarchs cling to power with help from adversaries like Russia, China, and Iran. These pro-democracy activists need our help – and that’s why it’s so critical to send today’s bipartisan message of solidarity to them, and to condemn the Diáz-Canel regime’s repression and human rights violations. Congress proudly stands with the Cuban people and its democratic aspirations.” Read more »
