My own diagnosis with breast cancer, and the experiences that followed, changed me – and convinced me that as soon as I was cancer-free I had to double down on my devotion to helping others who face the same challenges I faced as a young woman with breast cancer. It's why I authored the Breast Health Education and Awareness Requires Learning Young Act (the EARLY Act) to help young women access the tools they need to fight cancer, and it's why I'm proud to help lead the fight in Congress for all cancer survivors.
